Artwork
Up to 5 different designs can be submitted per product. If you require more than 5 please reach out to our team for pricing and assistance.
If you require changes, artwork deign or logo creation - our friendly team can help! Additional fees do apply and will be quoted upon request.
Refunds
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us.
As our products are custom printed to order, we do not accept returns. However if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or your order has arrived damaged or faulty in anyway please contact us within 2 days of receiving you order so we can try to resolve the problem.

Payment
We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Afterpay, and Shop & PayPal.If you are experiencing problems completing your payment please contact our team for more options.
Shipping
Australian orders can take between 2 and 5 business days to be shipped to your location.
Orders to WA can take between 3 - and 10 business days. Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
Turnaround
We offer a 48 hour turnaround on print with exceptions to custom and large orders. If you require urgent printing - feel free to reach out to our team as soon as possible to see if we can help.

- Upload your print ready artwork
- We print and deliver to you address
All artwork is to be supplied as print ready PDFs. This includes Bleed and trim - to prepare your artwork correctly you can view our guide here.
